THE WASHING POST CREATES A TESTAMENT TO THE MEDIA’S ANTI-TRUMP BIAS

The US media outlets continuously attempt to outdo each other in their quest to publicly skewer the President. They persist in re-imagining actual events to fit their four or five persistent narratives meant to belittle Trump. One narrative they have fallen in love with is that Trump is an unprecedented-liar. And one herculean effort to hoodwink the American people into believing this false narrative was concocted by the Washington Post (WAPO.) They created an abortion of truth in the form of an  interactive, graphical, updating, accumulation of 4,229 (and counting) falsehoods or misleading claims made by the President. The crown jewel of modern day fact-checking.

Liars lie about lies

In the Washington Post’s attempt to create a history of Trump lies, they have inadvertently created a historical testament to the bias of their own paper. I believe that in the near future, this WAPO creation will be studied in schools as young students marvel with open mouths at the audacity of the journalistic bias prevalent during the Trump era. In fact, the piece is so light on actual lies, you will note that they add the term “or misleading claims” into the title so they can lump opposing opinions in with the alleged lies. How do they get away with it? Ask CNN’s Brian Stelter, Brooke Baldwin or Jake Tapper, or the swarms of journalists who only read this project’s headline (above) and then irresponsibly proclaim that Trump spewed four thousand lies on their cable news shows or in their tabloids, solely based on the headline.

Let’s examine the first batch of the Washington Post’s findings to see how the Post bastardized the fact-check:

WAPO lie #1

Trump said “collusion is not a crime” which is true. WAPO claims Trump is playing word games because something else, that is not “collusion,” is a crime. Huh? Who is playing word games, Trump? This is insanity and WAPO should be thankful no one actually reads past the headline of this mockery of journalism. PS, paying Christopher Steele to buy Russian intelligence from Russian agents is kind of, sort of, possibly, likely collusion, sorry Hillary.

WAPO lie #2

Trump stated he didn’t need the Koch brothers support, which he did not get. WAPO is claiming… the Koch’s support for Republican senators “likely” had an overall positive effect on Trump. This assertion is the Post’s opinion, not a fact. In reality, the Koch’s did many things to impede Trump’s success as well. Additionally, WAPO relies on the fact the no one will read the Politico article they linked because in no way did the article affirm that Trump sought the Koch’s support, it claimed someone from Trump’s campaign filled out a questionnaire, lol.

WAPO lie #3

This particular fact check by WAPO defies human logic. They wrote a sentence that has nothing to do with what Trump said. Where did Trump say anything about the ratio of people crossing the border into/out of America? They should fire the intern who wrote that one.

The three lies I linked were not anomalies. I chose the first three lies written on the first topic. Journalism is dead.

Why the Left Wing Media is Obsessed With Trump’s Base

Our press has an unhealthy obsession with “Trump’s base.” The obstinate 38% or 39%, that the media can’t stop talking about. The ones who still support Trump.

The Base!

There is now, and has always been, an immovable base on both the Democratic and Republican wings of the electorate. However, the media is unconcerned with the base on the left because they view them as normal reasonable people and there is no need to examine or discuss them. The world will be fine if they remain right where they are. However, the base behind Trump is a different story.

The origin of the press’ infatuation with the Trump base was the election loss of Hillary Clinton. The media believes it is their job to shape public opinion. The clip below supports this. An MSNBC anchor Mika Brzezinski was caught in a Freudian slip as she warned her audience about Trump: “He [Trump] could control exactly what people think, and that is our job.”

The NY Times, CNN and MSNBC spent the campaign season ripping Trump apart with innuendo and lies; racist, sexist, assault, Russian spy, unfit, narcissistic, violence inducer and homophobic. And yet Trump won and Hillary lost. They saw his win as their failure and as their sin.

The Damn Base!!

All sins need repentance and a crucial aspect of penance is a vow not to repeat the same sin again. Within the first week of the election-postmortem, the press went on a mission to understand these people who defied them and voted Trump into office. The manner in which they studied Trump voters resembled more of a recon mission of the enemy looking for weaknesses to exploit. The media needed to turn some his base to their side.

Van on the move

CNN sent correspondent Van Jones out to middle America to see what was wrong with these insubordinate fools. CNN host Alison Camerota conducted (video link) focus groups with Trump supporters. Political pundits and pollsters chastised themselves for not understanding the plight of these Trump voters. In time, the quest morphed into an angry frustrated mission. This base of voters became the silent enemy of the media. An enemy in need of conquering. A conquering that is proving difficult to achieve.

The F^@$*ing Base!!!

The warped sense of their role as mind-molders had a detrimental effect on the press. They devolved further into what we have now. A bunch of folks hell-bent on destroying Trump without any need to hinge their reporting to reality. They feel a responsibility to change the minds of Trump’s base to do the right thing and vote Trump out.

The Russia collusion story dominated the airwaves for months, the press abandoned the need for facts or actual news. The mission wasn’t to inform the public but rather to say both “Trump” and “Russia” together in the same headline to get the Trump-base to change its god-damned mind. And when that massive story didn’t dupe the Trump supporters they felt failure. In the following clip, we see CNN report on how their Russia story didn’t persuade the base.

“…not any of them [the base] willing to entertain that there might be more than just smoke to this [Russia] fire.”

The media is now constantly reporting polls to see if their propaganda is breaking the base.  It never does. So after they perform a little self-flagellation, and some mocking of Trump supporters, the feeling of ‘if at first you don’t succeed try-try again” perseveres and a new slew of stories awaits on the horizon.

CNN and the Democrats Preparing Strategy for Trump Exoneration

All Hail CNN

Most democrats, of even limited intellect, are confronting the reality that there was no collusion between President Trump and the evil Russian government. The allegation that Putin conspired with a bunch of Americans, that included a sitting US senator, to concoct an unholy alliance to manipulate an election, is looking more and more like a fiction. Although Putin does revel in making a mockery of democracy, he could not risk getting caught. Making alliances with Americans is a tad too risky. This beckons the question: What will CNN do when they are left standing naked with their false accusations?

CNN and the democrats have limited options:

(1) They can pretend the stories they’ve been pushing for the past six months were about Russia interfering in the election and not about Trump colluding with the Kremlin.

(2) They can say there wasn’t evidence of collusion but steadfastly imply that the Trump campaign was an ally of Russia.

(3) They can move on to new conspiracies involving conflicts of interest or discuss Trump’s tax returns.

A more in-depth look into the three options:

(1) Option one: There has been a litany of stories lasting one news cycle then dying, centered on the Trump-Russia narrative: The Trump computer server, Trump golf courses and Russian money, Kushner meetings with Russians, the secret dossier, the unknown derogatory information, Flynn taking money from RT, Carter Page, Jeff Sessions’ undisclosed meetings, possible back channel communications, and so on, and so on. One Russia story after the other has surfaced without any follow-up.  The media devoted thousands of hours to possible Trump wrongdoings, but the entire narrative will be swept under he rug as they announce: see we told you the Russians tried to interfere in the election and pretend the Trump angle never existed.

(2) The second option is a more difficult magicians trick to pull off. At its core, it is simply double talk. The cable news networks will basically blather on about innocuous nothings, and banal coincidences as they simultaneously imply collusion.  In the video below you can see how a typical CNN pundit demonstrates the maneuver.

Even Hillary Clinton knows how to feed this drivel to a salivating public.

“So within one hour, one hour of the Access Hollywood tapes being leaked, within one hour, the Russians — let’s say WikiLeaks, something — dumped the John Podesta emails”

Above she implies that after the infamous Trump video emerged, Donald called on Russia to create a distraction. No evidence needed when you own the minds of the media.

Let It Go!

(3) The third and final option is the scenario I consider most likely. This option requires a belief that the vast public consists of morons. A belief widely adhered to by the brass and anchors at CNN. These people feel no obligation to back up or apologize for endless time wasted on the Trump-Russia shenanigans and will instead move on to new nonsense. Trump is a rich man with global business associates and international ties. The Trump empire is three degrees of separation away from everyone. It is the business version of Kevin Bacon. Conflict of Interest stories require no investigation to manufacture daily, and they can all culminate with the democrats rallying cry; “we want your tax returns.”

Are you ready to rumble?

The Anatomy of a CNN Headline

Vague Innuendo

Let us examine the game CNN plays with the minds of their audience.

SOURCES: RUSSIANS DISCUSSED POTENTIALLY “DEROGATORY” INFORMATION ABOUT TRUMP & ASSOCIATES DURING CAMPAIGN

CNN’s hope is that people in the doctor’s office look up from their magazines at the TV and see “Russia” and “Trump” in the same headline. This reinforces the Trump-Russia tale they’ve been peddling uninterrupted for months. For those at home, who actually watch the network, the anchors will jabber on for hours adding no other information outside the purposefully vague headline.

My theory, like the Deceleration of Independence, is self-evident. The entirety of the story derives from one (confirmed) source who cherry picked a factoid in which key points are intentionally withheld by the source, so as not to diminish the Trump-Russia narrative. But CNN is adept at laundering  any anti-trump dribble into A-block news. Question time:

  1. Was this type of spy chatter common in the past as well? The fact that this is an actual story implies that this is  a new phenomenon for Donald J. Trump. Isn’t this what Russian spies have always done?
  2. What is this “derogatory information?” What would motivate a source to leave out this key fact which is the crux of the issue?
  3. “Russians” Can you be more specific? American spies intercept boatloads of Russian spy communications. Is this from some low-level nobody on Facebook or a (i.e.) senior FSB official, they must know.
  4. “Discussed?” If they intercepted the conversation, tell us what they were saying. Was it a plan? Why do we get 1/10th of a story?
  5. “Potentially” This is a qualifier denoting the whole story is quite possibly  bogus. The most crucial word in the headline.

Regardless, this story is smoke not fire and will dissipate as such. No one will follow it up because no one cares, it’s as impactful as the golf channel to an eight year old on the way to his cartoons.

Da Deep State Don’t Stop

Sources who happen to hate the president gone wild

Sources: TRUMP ASKED DNI, NSA TO DENY EVIDENCE OF RUSSIA COLLUSION

Bullshit.
The rebelling deep-state’s playbook, detailed here, is once again on display. The Washington Post took a half truth out of context, and mixed in some innuendo and presto, fake-news that other outlets repeated and expanded upon throughout the political media. Why wouldn’t they when the source is a card-carrying member of the intelligence agencies.

Maybe Trump told the DNI and the NSA that this investigation is damaging the country and if there is nothing there, then they should expose the falsehood to the people.

Alas, the rogue intelligence agencies are on a relentless warpath to hang Trump so they intentionally misconstrued  the truth and the Washington Post ate it up. There was no other side to the story. Did they ask a follow-up question? Were there any transcripts to examine? All the Post got or wanted was one measly sentence that made Trump look like a crook.

UPDATE: The above speculation offered here, is exactly what happened. Trump asked the DNI, NSA chiefs to publicly deny it IF they knew it was untrue. This is conveniently buried.
